WebMar 9, 2024 · Don't do much instanced activity. I've seen a number of builds for the Specter. One uses Ritualist Armor and another uses Celestial. However, I've read a number of comments here on this forum about Trailblazer's being an option for selfish DPS Solo OW Specter. Can't find any sort of build to go with that armor type.
