My windows app folder is not there

WebI recently reset my computer and Windows created the windows.old folder. Now I was looking for a special folder inside the AppData, but there is nothing. (Image 1) I already enabled Show hidden folders and files but it doesn't changed anything. Is it possible to restore this folder, or did I lost all AppData folders?
