Web4 de nov. de 2009 · You may have more than a single problem. Yes, the dimmer switch should just connect +12V (the 15 color wire) to either the 12 or 13 color wire. I doubt the wire color should change from 12 to 13 between the dimmer switch and the bulbs. Also, the shop manual schematic says the 12 wire is the HI beams, not the LO. Web6 de nov. de 2004 · They carry two differnt style floor mount dimmer switches, of which one mounts on the inside of the cab and only has two small bolts through the floor, so the issue of getting moisure intrusion into the switch should be pretty much a non-issue as long as you seal up your fasteners well. The best part is that the switch was under 10 bucks!
