The 2 upper tier linings for marine wetsuit requires some grinding of 1 of 2 events (that i'm aware of): Census Violence (which was mentioned by someone already) & Distant Thunder. WebGetting the shielded BOS plans is kind of a weird process. You may know this already, but in case you didn't know, you have to buy resistant, treated, and protective lining from the BOS vendor bot before the shielded lining will drop. If you haven't learned those plans, the shielded plans won't drop from tech data farming.
