Nice shallow ravin flows arrowed and the middle of the ground. Nice big lake/pond in the middle with some small paddling boats to rent. WebJan 22, 2024 · The La Plata valley is beautiful and this area is no exception, I just feel like this particular campsite was way too difficult for what you get. It’s a good 8 miles off US 160 on a very wash boarded county road 124. And then the approach to the campsite from 124 was treacherous to say the least. Very steep, uneven and rocky.
